Lawford Junior Football Club would like to invite you to this year’s 5-a-side Fun Day to be held on Sunday 8th
July 2011, at our home ground, School Lane, Lawford.
The competition will be affiliated to the Essex County F.A.
It is intended to run age groups from Under 7 through to Under 15. Each age group will be limited to twelve
teams and the age groups will be as per the 2011/2012 season.
Team winners and runners-up trophies will be presented to the Under 9 age group through to Under 15.
Medals will be presented to all participating players in the Under 7 / 8 / 9 / 10 age groups (who have not won
a winners or runners-up trophy). The Under 7 and Under 8 age groups will run on a non competitive basis.
The cost of entry is £25 per team (Max. 8 players) - the Tournament rules, format and start times will be
posted to you as confirmation of your entry.
Burgers, cold drinks, and other refreshments will be available throughout the day and there will be a number
of other stalls, displays and amusements. We very much hope you will want to join us and look forward to

Football Tournament 2012

Multi Sport Camp invites you to our football tournament at Honywood School, Coggeshall, Colchester, Essex, on Saturday the 28^th of July 2012. We will be running age groups Under 7 to Under 14s for boys and age groups Under 11 to Under 14s for girls (age group 2011/2012). Entry fee will be £30 per team. An additional team may be added on for £20. Please send the entry form below as soon as possible to me with the entry fee. The competition will be affiliated to Essex County F.A. and entries will be served on a first come first serve basis.

We have great pleasure in inviting you to join us on the weekend of the 21st and 22nd July 2012 for our football tournament to be held at Witham Rugby Club.
For those of you who have been with us on previous years you will know that we try to combine the competition with side shows and stalls so that the whole family can enjoy the day.
The tournament is open to age groups Under 6’s, 7’s, 8’s, 9’s, 10’s, 11’s, 12’s Boys Under 13’s, 14’s, 15’s, and 16’s
If you are able to join us please fill in the enclosed entry form with a fee of £20.00 per team. It is very helpful if your entry can be returned by 30th June
Packs containing confirmation of entry, maps, registration forms and match schedules will be forwarded to you a week to ten days before the date of the tournament.
Age groups Under 9’s and over will compete in a five a side competition, Age groups Under 6’s Under 7’s and Under 8’s will play non competitive football which will involve several games and all participants will receive a medal.

Summer Mini Soccer & 11-a-side Tournament

Beech United YFC would like to invite you and your team to participate in our Summer Tournament. This event will be held at The Basildon Lower Academy (formerly known as Barstable School), in Basildon on May 19^th and 20th  (see age groups below). Season 2011 - 2012 age groups will apply. Normal Mini/Junior Soccer Rules will be followed. Where possible every referee will be FA Qualified. Inflatables, Refreshments, and other stalls.

The entry fee for 5-a-side is £25 per team. (Age Group U6  max 8 per squad)

The entry fee for 7-a-side is £30 per team. (Age Groups U7 – U9  max 10 per squad)

The entry fee for 9-a-side is £35 per team. (Age Groups U10  max 12 per squad)

The entry fee for 11-a-Side is £40 per team. (Age Groups U11 – U15  max 15 per squad)

Please return the attached slip to the Tournament co-ordinator (details above) together with your cheque made payable to Beech United YFC. On receipt of your entry, we will forward to you a confirmation of entry, a map, and Team Registration Sheet(s) within 48 hours. A full order of play will be available on the day. All morning games kick off at 10.00am while afternoon games kick off at 1.30pm. Please take your Team Registration Sheet(s) to the Registration Tent 30 minutes prior to Kick Off. Closing Date for receipt of entries is 12^th April 2012.

Mini-soccer day: Sunday 10th June 2012
Dear Secretary,
We would like to invite any of your teams to our junior soccer football festival - a 7-A-Side Tournament
for junior teams (ages 7-10) on Sunday 10th June 2012.
As usual this will be an all-day event allowing an extended programme where every team willl get plenty of football with a
proper break for lunch.
Under 7s and 8s will be in non-competitive round-robin competitions Every player will receive a commemorative
medallion. Squads will consist of no more than 10 players.
Under 9s, and 10s will be limited to a maximum of 16 teams per age group on a strictly first come, first served basis.
Two leagues of eight teams making a minimum of seven matches each spread over the day, again with a proper break
for lunch. The top four teams of each league will play in a knockout competition until the final. Squads will consist of no
more than 12 players.
On the day:
Location: Promenade Park, Park Drive, Maldon Essex CM9 5JG
Register from 0900, first kickoff 1000. It is anticipated the tournament will be completed by 17.30.
There will be a refreshment tent, a barbeque, a photographer and plenty of side shows. We can look forward to a fun filled
day with a relaxed atmosphere and plenty of football for everyone!
Booking information:
The entry fee remains £25 per team. Cheques should be made payable to “Maldon Saints Football Club.” Entry forms
must be returned together with the application form before 10th May 2012.
Please note that places wil be allotted on a strictly first come, first served basis. Entry confirmation together with map and
registration form will be issued a week before the date of the tournament.
The tournament will be affiliated with Essex County FA.
Cancellations:
Final date for withdrawal from the tournament is 10th May. No refunds will be available after this date.

The Forest Glade Fives has been running as a tournament since 2000 and has become one of the premier end of season 5 a-side football events for clubs in the South of England.

In previous years the two day tournament has attracted around 140 teams and over 2000 visitors to the ground.

The two day format for the age groups is as follows;

As always, whilst the football is the major attraction, around the ground there is planned to be other interests, such as a BBQ, Hot and Cold Refreshments and a Sweet tent. Making this an event for all the family to attend.

The entry fee is £40 per team. There is a £5 discount for teams registered before the 31st March 2012.
